

I will be going through and updating all the drivers (except maybe the BIOS for now - BIOS updates ALWAYS make me nervous for some reason) and then trying again. I have tried to do some research, but am struggling with a definitive answer - it initially looks like they simply may not be compatible due to differences in the type/power of the USB-C ports on the different models. The connector does light up when connecting to the EliteBook.

Without going too deep, I also have an HP EliteBook (model HSN-1113C-4) and the dock works perfectly - power, display, keyboard, mouse, etc. The connector has a light on it, but does not turn on when connected to the laptop When I connect it to my HP Pavilion 15-cs0064st, it picks up the Ethernet connection, but does not use the power or HDMI display from the dock. Ethernet does work if I plug directly into the Laptop. Tested with other known good docks, same result.
